Our Service

Dynamic Funding is a credit broker, not a lender.

• Dynamic Funding is not tied to any lender or group of lenders and operates on a whole-of-market basis. We source appropriate financial services and products for your business from a broad range of lending organisations with whom the company has a professional broker agreement.
• Our Service is intended for your own business-related purposes only.
• Dynamic Funding does not provide debt counselling or debt advice.
• Dynamic Funding cannot guarantee that our Service will be successful for you, and we are not obliged to provide our Service to you.
• Our Service is based on information from third parties over which Dynamic Funding has no control and may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• While the Service is free of charge to you, Dynamic Funding may receive commission from Finance Providers for introductions we make to them.
• The Service is not intended as advice or to be relied upon as the basis for making or not making any decision. You should obtain your own independent financial, accounting, tax and/or legal advice concerning your activities in connection with the Service and any finance application or agreement.
• As part of providing our Service, we may share data provided by you with our panel of approved Lenders. Those Lenders may share with us information regarding your case, including its current status and outcome.

You Will Not Use The Service To

• Transfer any information from the Service to any third party except where expressly permitted by us.
• Collect information about other users for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications outside the Service.
• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in a way that could harm the Service or the servers on which it is hosted.
• Impersonate any person or entity, create a false identity or otherwise mislead or deceive us.
• Register or use the Service for any person or entity without their prior written authorisation.
• Create a database of information obtained from the Service other than for your own records.

Limitation Of Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Funding will not be liable for:

• Use of or reliance on content displayed on our site.
• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• Business interruption.
• Use of, or inability to use, our site.
• Loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or earnings.
• Loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.

External lenders, credit searches and commission

To assess and arrange a funding application, Dynamic Funding may share information about the applicant business and its directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and guarantors with prospective lenders and other finance providers. Those parties may carry out business and personal credit-reference, identity, fraud-prevention, anti-money-laundering and affordability checks. These searches may leave a record on the relevant credit file. Dynamic Funding is a credit broker, not a lender. If a finance facility introduced by us completes, we will normally receive commission from the lender. The amount and basis of commission may vary between lenders and products. Commission does not influence which lender we approach.
